Mike was born in Deal and went to school in Dover before obtaining a degree in economics at Cardiff University.
Following graduation he joined the Inland Revenue where he remained for 11 years achieving the grade of fully trained Inspector and working in Dover, Canterbury and London.

Mike joined the practice in 1986 as Taxation Manager and became a Partner in 1997. Mike is a Chartered Taxation Adviser, has specialised in taxation throughout his working life and has considerable experience in all areas of taxation.

Mike is married with 2 children and lives in River and has a strong connection with rugby in both playing and administrative capacities.
